ROME II: About Total War
Total War: Rome II, a strategy game by The Creative Assembly, is published by Sega. The grand campaign starts in 272 BC and continues for 300 years. The player can continue to play since there are no predetermined victory conditions: new unit cameras and Warscape’s engine power the visuals. Players can focus on individual soldiers as they fight on the battlefield. Creative Assembly stated that it wants to show the human side of war. This includes soldiers reacting to their comrades’ deaths and officers inspiring men with heroic speeches.
