CityState II offers a realistic simulation of urban problems based on economic and civil issues.
This is a classic sandbox without limits or destinations. You can choose to play the game with or without political elements.
The game uses a lot of economic slang and a bunch of stats to describe political ideologies in a subjective and arbitrary way. Citystate II was designed for adults.
