The Sims is the same game as Life By You, except it’s open-world and much bigger
Next year, one of the biggest PC exclusives will be like The Sims but you’ll have control over a whole planet that can be explored.
If you enjoy life simulations, Life By You will definitely catch your attention, since it is shaping up as The Sims at a global level.
Life By You is a PC game, currently wishlisted at Steam. It allows players to control and design their own population in a worldwide open environment that they can explore whenever, wherever, and without loading screens. The game allows players to build cities and towns, with complete control over their residents. They can either let them lead their lives, or guide them along their journey.
In-game tools allow you to alter gameplay traits at your discretion. Real-world languages can also be integrated so that you are able to have conversations with AI. The developers actively encourage modding and support it.
Life By You is entering early access in March 2024. This will allow players to test the game and give feedback that will help to improve the title before its release. Early access was recently delayed due to the need to make several gameplay and stability improvements.
It sounds great, and I love how the freedom of exploration and creation is extended to players. The Sims fans will love this game because it is the exact same thing but with a lot more content.
You will release Life By You on PC as an Early Access build in March 2020.
