The idea is straightforward: the war is already lost. Other factions, primarily AI, control the whole galaxy. You must make an effort to avoid giving the AI too much notice because you are beginning with a single little planet in a sea of hostile territory. It is your responsibility to strategically extend and carefully assess targets.
Installation Instructions
