Japan, 2080. Neo-Yokohama is a violent, disorderly place. People are allowed to carry weapons for self-defense because there are no police officers and violence lurks around every corner. For people who have nowhere else to go, the town is genuinely their last resort. A lone female named Kanon wanders the alleys of this neon town, prepared for fight. She is on a quest to find and eradicate Elysion, the narcotic that has become deeply ingrained in Neo Yokohama’s shady society.
