New Fallout Games In Development Including Fallout 3 Remaster

Okay so I just saw something super exciting that I had to write about. If you’re a Fallout fan like me, get ready—because it looks like there are multiple Fallout games in the works right now, and yeah, one of them might actually be a Fallout 3 remaster. No joke.

So here’s what’s going on. A new report just dropped, and according to it, Xbox and Bethesda are cooking up a bunch of Fallout stuff behind the scenes. Nothing’s been officially confirmed yet, but sources are saying that several Fallout projects are in development at the same time. That could mean a new Fallout game (maybe Fallout 5??), some spin-offs, or possibly even a follow-up to New Vegas. Which would be crazy awesome.

But the part that really caught my attention—and probably every other Fallout fan’s too—is that a Fallout 3 remaster is supposedly on the way. Yeah, seriously. Fallout 3 is one of those games that almost every longtime fan has a soft spot for, so hearing that it might be coming back with updated visuals and better gameplay is a pretty big deal.

The leaker who mentioned it said it’s definitely planned, but not anytime soon. So don’t expect it this year or probably even next. One of the original Fallout devs even said that if they ever remastered it, they’d probably fix the clunky shooting and make it feel more like Fallout 4, which honestly sounds perfect to me.

This all kind of lines up with some leaked Microsoft documents from a while ago that mentioned a Fallout 3 remaster too. So now it feels like the pieces are adding up and the rumors might actually be true.

Now here’s the kicker—according to some insiders, one of the Fallout projects in development is something fans have been begging for. They didn’t say it directly, but c’mon, that has to be New Vegas 2, right? Imagine if Obsidian and Bethesda finally teamed up again. My brain would explode.

Anyway, if you’ve been missing Fallout lately, you’re not alone. With the Fallout TV show bringing in tons of new fans and reminding the rest of us why we love the series, this news honestly couldn’t come at a better time.

So yeah—Fallout 3 remaster is reportedly in development, and other Fallout games are on the way too. Nothing is coming out soon, but at least we know something’s happening behind the scenes.
