About Wasteland 3 – The Battle of Steeltown

Steeltown’s massive factory complex produces all the technology that keeps Colorado afloat and the Patriarch in control–trucks and armor, weapons and robots. However, Steeltown deliveries have stopped cold, and Abigail Markham (Steeltown’s leader) gives the Patriarch no excuses. Rangers arrive to inspect the site and discover that it is a powder-keg with the fuse already lit. The workers are on strike, the bandits are robbing with impunity, and no one is allowed to enter the gates. Steeltown could go out of business and become a total disaster. That will be up to the Rangers.

This epic narrative expansion allows you to explore the Steeltown manufacturing complex either alone or with a group of friends. You can take on new challenges, fight against robotic enemies, or solve the mystery of Steeltown in any way you like.
Tactical combat has never been more powerful than new mechanics such as devastating telegraphed strikes, stacking status effects, and elemental shields. These new mechanics allow you to solve Steeltown’s skirmishes using non-lethal weapons.
Both returning and new players can use the combat and gear scaling features to enter Steeltown during playthroughs. This will provide a level-appropriate challenge with a storyline and cast of characters that adapt to your decisions.
The Battle of Steeltown adds new enemies, weapons, and armor to the base game and encounters on the world map.
Mary Ramos, Music Supervisor, and Mark Morgan, Composer, return with new scores and post-apocalyptic covers in nature.
