Fortnite Naruto Skins – Price, Release Date, and What You Need to Know
Fortnite has had its share of unexpected crossovers in recent years, but the one collaboration that has been anticipated for a long time is with Naruto.
Naruto (or Naruto: Shippuden) was an anime series that ran for over a decade. It was also adapted from a beloved manga. The story was about Naruto Uzumaki (the title), a young ninja who battled with other ninja tribes before moving on to a new character. Naruto is a beloved anime series and it’s now coming to Fortnite.
Fortnite X Naruto Skins & Items
Fortnite and Naruto have been teased for at least six months. Epic and Viz Media/Shueisha are reportedly working on the deal for a while.
According reports and some significant leaks, Naruto X Fortnite was originally meant to be released alongside Season 8 in the Battle Pass. However, that didn’t happen. With Season 8 coming to an end and Chapter 3 not far behind it seems that Epic is looking to release the most requested crossover in a while.
It is obvious that Naruto will be the main character and will also be wearing skins. It is possible that we will get Itachi Uchiha or Kakashi Hatake as skins. But, it’s possible not to do so simultaneously. Epic could release different Naruto skins at different times, if The Walking Dead or Batman crossovers are any indication.
A new item, the Mythic Explosive Kunai, will almost certainly be added to the game.
It appears that the crossover will include a Creative hub that is related to Naruto. This could be in celebration of the series’ recent anniversary. From September 1999 to November 10, 2014, the manga was published.
Fortnite Naruto Skin Price
Based on other collaborations prices, the Naruto skins are likely to cost 1500 V-Bucks or 1600 V-Bucks (roughly PS13/$16), when they finally launch in Fortnite. Epic’s success at this price point has been great and they rarely release skins with 2000 V-Bucks anymore.
It is almost certain that there will also be a Naruto Bundle, which will include all Naruto cosmetics in one collection. These usually cost 2800 VBucks.
After a lot of speculation, Hypex, a trusted leaker, finally learned the release date for the Naruto skins in Fortnite Item Shop. Tuesday November 16th 2021 at 9 AM ET.
Fortnite confirmed their collaboration the same day.
Based on crossovers, the collaboration should last at most a week. It could even last until Chapter 3, expected to be in December.
