ROCKSTAR GAMES LEVERS ANOTHER PATCH FOR GTA-TRILOGY

It’s been a short time since the first significant update to GTATrilogy was released. Rockstar Games has now updated the collection of video games for the second time. The latest patch brings the Trilogy up to version 1.03. The newest patch fixes many technical issues in all three games, just like the first. These issues include bugs, glitches and errors, such as spelling mistakes. All platforms in the Trilogy have been updated except for Nintendo Switch. The Switch update should be available in the next few days.

Official Patch Note states that over 100 issues were addressed in GTA Trilogy. There are fixes for all three games and some for Xbox One and PC versions. Here is a summary of the spots:

  • Spelling mistakes
  • Raining indoors
  • Collision detection problems
  • Problems with textures and graphics
  • User interface problems
  • Camera problems
  • Problems that crash
  • Animation glitches
  • These are some of the most severe bugs that have affected progress and gameplay

This patch is another step towards making GTATrilogy more enjoyable and less buggy. Although GTA Trilogy did not get off to the best of starts, it’s great that Rockstar Games is working towards improving it. While there will be more patches to address any issues or bugs, the initial two updates should have resolved the majority.

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy: Definitive Edition was released in November. It includes remasters from three of the most iconic GTA titles: GTA III and Vice City. The Trilogy received a very mixed reception due to its buggy nature. It was a massive disappointment for players. Rockstar Games was also disappointed as it was not what they had hoped for.

Rockstar began to fix their trio of newly-remastered games after receiving negative feedback and any bug reports. The first update was released on November 20th, just a few days after the initial November 11th release. Players had complained about several issues. The update fixed them all. Rockstar also released the update and issued an apology for any technical issues. Rockstar said that this was the first step in correcting the Trilogy to offer a better experience to players.

Grand Theft Auto – The Trilogy – Definitive Edition now available on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox Series Series X/S. PS4/5 and Nintendo Switch.
