Georgia Man Arrested For Using Covid Funds To Buy Shiny Charizard Card

An American man was arrested in Georgia for using COVID-19 relief funds to buy a shiny Charizard card to play the Pokemon Trading Card Game.

Oudomsine used $57,000 of the money to buy this card. Domaine is currently in prison for 36 months after he took that money.
