Ghostwire: Tokyo: How To Change Audio Language
Ghostwire Tokyo has one of the most accurate depictions of Tokyo, with Japanese as the default language. You can however change the voice acting to be more regional.
Ghostwire: Tokyo requires that you go to the title menu in order to change your audio language. You can’t change the audio during a game. Instead, exit to the title menu. After you have logged in, navigate to Options > Games. Next, change Audio to one of these options.

If you are using DualSense, press the triangle to confirm that the audio language you have selected is available. After you have saved your files, you will now be able to choose the audio language you want.
Ghostwire: Tokyo is played with Japanese voice acting and English subtitles. However, because the action moves so fast, it may be difficult to hear some of the subtitles. You can change the audio to English.
