This Dragon Age Tarot Card Statue Is Prettier Than Solas Deserves
I will tell you now that I love Solas. Many people want to punch the Dragon Age party member and Dragon Age antagonist in their mouths, but he’s still one of my favourite characters in a series that I have become less obsessed with. It’s given me plenty of reasons to think about buying the new statue of the Elven Mage at the BioWare store.
The $125 statue is based upon a tarot deck that the player sees at the party select screen in Dragon Age. Based on the progress of each player’s personal story, each party member is represented with a tarot deck. Solas is a romantic option. The base of the statue is that Solas also has an additional card. It is a little different from many BioWare statues. They are more or less based upon the game’s photorealistic characters design.
The Hierophant statue is more angular and has more freedom with how the hands look. Its stylized design may not suit those looking for more realistic-looking statuary (although one is available, it’s quite expensive). It’s a great looking statue that I like. It looks like an elf from the Dragon Age universe, based on Sola’s legends. After all, he is the Dread Wolf mentioned in the series’ Elven mythology. It feels right. That’s me.
This being said, I wonder if there will be a statue of Dorian Pavus in the future. He is my favourite character in the series. Although his romance was not the most popular in Dragon Age HTML, he is still a fan favourite, and I would love to see him receive a tarot card-style statue. While I have my problems with the series, this man will always be special to me. A statue of him would be a great addition to my collection.
