Diablo 4’s Neocromancer can fight solo or rely on an Army of Undead minions
Blizzard Entertainment shared additional details about the Necromancer class’s playability when the game launches in 2023 after revealing it as Diablo 4’s HTML5_ fifth and final launch class.
The Diablo 4’s Necromancer, is well-known for summoning an army of undead minions and has been since then. As the developer places emphasis on player choice in its action RPG, it will be able to take on Lilith and her army as a single dark mage.
The only class that can wield scythes is Diablo IV’s Necromancer. It can also equip swords and daggers as well as wands, focuses and shields. It relies on two resources in battle: Essence, and Corpses.
These skills gradually replenish over time.
When summoning minions or using skills such as Corpse Explosion, you’ll need a steady supply. You can also use the corpses of your enemies to fuel your army by killing them and using their bodies as fuel. “
Four different skill types are available to the Necromancer. Bone skills are more physically-oriented and benefit from a strong focus on critical strikes.
Darkness skills can cause damage over time, “attack multiple instances in a brief window,” while blood skills allow you to siphon the life force of your enemies. These skills have both offensive and defensive uses.
The Army allows you to summon different types of skeletons as well as a golem, to fight alongside your side.
As you build your build, there are many ways to combine the four skill types. For example, Decompose is a basic Darkness skill that can be used to damage enemies and generate essence. It also periodically spawns Corpses to help your minions fight.
To summon as many minions as possible, players only need to save 2 buttons from their skill bar. One to summon different types of skeletons and another to summon their golem.
