Starfield’s beautiful collector’s Edition is being sold for absurd prices
Scalpers are the bane for the video games industry. They snatch up consoles, collectors’ editions and sell them at outrageous prices.
Even McDonald’s happy meals aren’t safe against the greedy hands of scalpers. We also know that it took a long time to obtain a PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X after their launch in late 2020. Thankfully though, both fronts for the consoles have become readily available, and sellers are forced to cut their prices in order to move stock. It’s a real shame.
The latest scam is the Starfield Constellation Edition.
Constellation Edition: What’s included? The Constellation Edition includes a stylish Chronomark Watch, Case and Credit Stick (but not the actual game), Steelbook Case for your imaginary disc, Constellation Patches, the “Shattered Space Story” expansion as well as bonus DLC including the exclusive pre-order, “Old Mars skin pack”. It also includes up to 5 days of Early Access.
Starfield fans have taken to Reddit to vent their anger towards scalpers. “Can I express my frustration that the Constellation Editions are being sold by scalpers for between $400 and $700?” asked, a Redditor.
