Apex Legends Trident Bug grants immunity to enemies’ damage
The Tridents are a new mode of transportation in Apex Legends that allows players to navigate Olympus or Storm Point quickly during matches.
While the anticipation builds for the season 18 upgrade, new leaks have emerged about what might be in store for Respawn Entertainment’s Battle Royale. The latest claims that a brand new map is being developed.
Trident is the latest bug that has affected players who have recently questioned whether was still a good game. The Trident is a vehicle that appears to be immune from any bullets that are fired at it during casual or ranked games.
The Apex Legends Trident Bug is ruining matchplay
Davided0880, a Reddit user who discovered the problem during the last stages of a ranking match, has shared it with the community.
Another player has confirmed that this bug was not an isolated event. “This happened last night!”
Davided0880 thinks the Trident Bug is due to a glitch with Fuse’s Ultimate Attack, which causes a ring-of-fire that damage nearby enemies in addition to revealing where they are. Fan suggests that “the players of the Trident have done some glitches with Fuse’s ultimate attack, which prevents players from taking gun damage.”
Although the problem isn’t widespread, another member of the Apex legends community claims that they are already investigating it. They said: “I heard (Community manager) say the team was looking into this.” It’s hoped that it will be fixed very soon.
It’s better to conserve ammunition than try and destroy the Trident while it is flying around. Piloting one can make it easier to be the final player standing in a game.
