Call of Duty actor reveals a new character
The attention has already shifted to the 2024 installment of this hugely successful FPS franchise, despite several months of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 still being left.
Reloaded is now in full swing, and the rumor mill around this game has begun to spin. Fans are hoping for a fast-paced, blockbuster multiplayer and a new campaign. Official news will not be available until at least next year.
A new revelation has been made by an actor, who appears to have revealed details about the single-player game’s main character and the possible location of the game.
Call of Duty actor accidentally reveals a new character
This leak is about an actor who is apparently assisting in the development of CoD 2024. It is believed to be a follow-up to Black Ops Cold War. Insider Gaming spotted that actor Luke Charles Stafford posted several pictures from a motion-capture facility on social media. This suggests his likeness will be used to create a main character called “Ratcliffe”.
Stafford may have been right in his post, and the Ratcliffe is likely to be a former British Army veteran Peter Ratcliffe who served during the Gulf War. Ratcliffe received the Distinguished Conduct Medal during his service with the Parachute Regiment, SAS and the British Army.
If true, the story of Treyarch’s Call of Duty game 2024 will be set during the Gulf War.
Call of Duty: 2024 Release Date
Call of Duty’s 2024 release date is not yet known, but it’s likely to launch in Q4 as usual. We estimate that Call of Duty 2024 will release late October or in early November based on the launch of Black Ops Cold War. However, time will tell whether this is true.
