The Baldur’s Gate 3 game file is huge, but you cannot pre-install it
Uh oh. is confirmed to be a huge file, and it can’t be pre-installed.
Larian Studios revealed last month that Baldur’s Gate 3 would take 200 hours to finish. This is the full completion so focusing on your main goals should help you speed up that time. It’s still exciting knowing we can dive into such an expansive world.
We also know the game has more than 17,000 endings. The Quarry caused a stir last year with 186 endings. This is a huge upstaging. The 17,000 possible endings will not all be completely different. You’ll find variations. There’s no doubt that many people are eager to play Baldur’s Gate 3, but we’ll have to wait until release to do so.
Larian Studios has confirmed that Baldur’s Gate 3 is a 122GB game. Yikes! This will not only cause an enormous dent in your storage device, but you won’t even be able to pre-install it. You’ll have to wait patiently or impatiently for the game to be installed on launch day.
