Bloodborne is finally updated on PlayStation 5
Thanks to its fans, one of the most popular PlayStation 4 games has been updated to PlayStation 5 and now runs at 60fps.
PlayStation 4 had plenty of hits, but many of these have been upgraded to work with the PlayStation 5’s more powerful hardware. Marvel’s Spider-Man got a remaster. got a whole new remake. Horizon Zero Dawn got a 60fps upgrade. There’s one title that hasn’t received the attention it deserves.
Bloodborne is one of the best PlayStation games of all time, and it’s also FromSoftware studio Dark Souls’ greatest game. It is an absolute masterpiece.
It’s a shame that Sony won’t acknowledge this game.
For years, fans have been clamoring for either a PS5 or PC remaster. It would be nice to see the PS5 version of Bloodborne run at 60fps. Alas, Sony treats Bloodbornelike a drunken relative who showed up to the wedding of their grandparent and threw up on the floor.
What’s the good news? Bloodborne is now running at 60fps and 1080p on PlayStation 5 for dedicated fans. Bloodborne and Lance McDonald, community pillars of Illusion got an unofficial PS5 patch to run. You can check out the result below.
Warning: modifying your PS5 is required to get this patch working. We do not recommend it as you could end up damaging your console.
We can still hope this new triumph will inspire someone at Sony to make Bloodborne on PS5 real.
