Larian Studios tweeted a few hours after Baldur’s Gate 3’s fourth Hotfix was released: “Due to a building error causing more crashes, we’ve rolled it back for now.” As soon as the problem is fixed, we will re-release Hotfix 4.
The studio added: “To clarify we have rolled back Hotfix 3 so that you can continue playing!” The only thing you won’t be allowed to do is load any saves that were made while today’s Hotfix 4 was active.
