Description
Vietcong 2 is a Shooter video game. The plot takes place in the Tet Offensive in Hue. The protagonist assumes the character of the disappointed American MACV Soldier Captain Daniel Boone (named after the MACSOG Operation Daniel Boone).
Boone is an integral part of a group that includes international troops that include Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Boone also offers the player the opportunity to see the battle by observing the war from the young Vietcong soldier fighting prior to and during the Tet Offensive.
