Soccer Manager 2016 (abbreviated as FM16) is a football-related simulation game created by Sports Interactive and published by Sega. FM16 has a similar gameplay similar to that of the Football Manager series. The gameplay involves the taking over of an association football professional team as manager. The players can sign footballers to contracts, handle financial affairs for the club as well as give team-related talks to players.
FM16 simulates managing in the real world, with players being evaluated in a variety of ways by AI owners of the club and board.
