Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne, a third-person shooter game published by Rockstar Games was developed by Remedy Entertainment. The player starts with a pistol of 9mm. Players can access a variety of weapons as they advance, including shotguns and submachine weapons, along with assault rifles, hand-thrown weapons, sniper weapons, and other types of handguns. The player will be told the next goal through Max’s monologue.
Max tells the player what his next step should be. The game initially offers a single difficulty setting that will be automatically adjusted if it is too hard for the player. If the character of the player dies too often, for example, then the artificial intelligence used by the enemy is reduced, and more painkillers are available.
After you have completed the game, new difficulty levels become available. There are two special modes of play: New York Minute, and Dead Man Walking. New York Minute gives the player a score depending on how long it takes to finish each level. This game is a sequel to the first Max Payne.
