RimWorld can be described as a top down, construction and management video game created in collaboration with Ludeon Studios. The primary goal of the game is to build an urban settlement set in the future which is a planet other than Earth. If enough resources are gathered and the players are able to, with the help of a spacecraft, get away from this planet.
It is a perspective that is top-down and two-dimensional. The game’s events are generated randomly via the game’s AI storyteller. The game mechanic of the AI storyteller is the main element of gameplay. the difficulty of events, game difficulty and the rate of difficulty increase are based upon its setting. Different variations of this mechanism are in the guise of different AI storytellers.
