This guide will help you understand which currencies are most relevant to what you do in Lost Ark. We have compiled the most pertinent information about each currency to make it easier for you to keep track of everything.

What are SILVER COINS FOR?
You can use silver for many things, from crafting materials and repairs to quick travel and item upgrades and many more. Silver Coins will be the currency that you use most often. These coins are essential, and you will almost certainly always want more. You will have millions later in the game, which won’t be a problem.
Silver is Lost Ark’s main currency. These silver coins can be obtained by killing monsters and completing certain dungeons or quests. Because of the many uses and ways you can get silver, I call the main currency for “gameplay”.
HOW TO GET SILVER COINS
There is no way to buy silver directly. It can also be difficult to grind for it. The easiest way to get silver is to play the game and do your daily quests. You will be able to access more silver the higher you go. As a guild member, you can purchase silver in the guild shop in exchange for Sylmael bloodstones.
What are GOLD COINS FOR?
Gold is the game’s trading currency. It is a fundamental currency and can be used to buy items on the Auction House. Think of it as your way to transact with other players and interact economically.
GOLD HAS MANY USES
- It can be used to craft new items or research upgrades for your Stronghold.
- Trade with other players
- You can use the Auction House to place a bid for Blue Crystals
Some players believe that gold is the most valuable currency. It isn’t easy to find gold, but the game keeps that in mind.
HOW TO GET GOLD COINS
The in-game shop allows you to purchase gold, which can cause some controversy in the community. You can also get gold by using your Epona batches or Island compass. This will alert you to any gold-rewarding events.
Weekly events, raids, and rapport quests will provide the majority of your gold. Although you can earn thousands of gold if you complete several main character rapport quests, the greatest reward is behind stats requirements such as Charisma. It is impossible to complete them all until the end of the game. This table shows the maximum amount of gold you can earn from each character.
Una’s tokens can also be used to buy Gold Coins. Una’s tickets are also listed further down on this list.
WHAT ARE BLUE CRYSTALS SUITABLE FOR?
These coins are unique in Lost Ark. These can be used to buy cosmetics, consumables and gold at the in-game shop.
HOW TO GET BLUE CRYSTALS
These items can be controversial as they can only be purchased with real money but are very difficult to find. These items can be traded for gold in the Auction house.
AUCTION HOUSE
The window at the auction house greets you as soon as you arrive. It offers little explanation. The tab at the top is divided into two primary tabs. The first one is “Item trade”. The second tab is called “Transaction history”; however, that is pretty self-explanatory, so I’ll concentrate on the Item trading.
You’ll want first to check out the sale/buy offer section of the auction house. The “Crystal sale” offers are located in the first box to the left. These are crystals currently being offered by other players. They also indicate the current rate at which they are being sold. This chart will display the five lowest prices at which you can buy crystals. You may not see the value in the higher-priced crystals or pools, but you should consider the box “Buying Crystals”, which is right below the one you are looking at. You will also find offers that work the other way. Here, players can offer to buy 100 blue-coloured crystals for X amount. If someone has more gold than blue crystals, they can view your offer and possibly sell it for you. Or you can choose not to. If so, the proposal would be void.
What ROYAL CRYSTALS DO YOU HAVE?
Royal Crystals are considered the most valuable of all currencies in that they can be used to purchase exclusive or semi-exclusive items, such as skins or pets.
HOW TO GET ROYAL CRYSTALS
Money. This is the premium currency in the game. It can only be acquired with real money. You will receive a certain amount of Crystals for any amount you choose to transact.
WHAT ARE THE SYLMAEL BLOODSTONES FOR?
You can exchange them for many products. They can be spent in a guild-only shop at Sylmael bloodstone exchange NPC. These are essential for your guild to use in guild research. The guild must research the guild store to purchase the highest tier items. How can you find them exactly?
- XP Potions & Silver – Medium and large combat XP potion, Siege Silver chests (2.500 to 4.500 silver, or 10.000 silver).
- I am honing materials: harmony shard pockets, destruction rock fragments and guardian Stone fragments. Harmony least ones. Honour shard bags, destruction stones, guardian rocks, life’s least ones. Honour least ones. Great honour, least ones.
- Entrance Cube Tickets and Materials – entry ticket chests for cubes from tier 1 through tier 3 Star’s Breath Moon’s Breath Sun Supplementary Material Box, Powder of Sage.
HOW TO GET SYLMAEL BLOODSTONES
Participation in guild activities earns Sylmael Bloodstones, also known as Guild Crystals and Sylmael Crystals. This category includes guild missions, raids and other events such as GvG and E. These are easy to obtain. Still, guild management must adequately set up bloodstones distribution to pay for guild research and share them with the members.
WHAT UNA’S TOKENS DO YOU NEED?
You can find an NPC on your map and visit him to exchange your tokens for a gold bag or chest with different values depending on the item and tier. You can exchange 500 tickets to get the giant trunk. This chest will contain a decent amount (1300) and a chance to drop 10.000 gold coins.
Una’s tokens can’t be found in your “currencies tab” like other currencies and tokens. These tokens will be placed in your inventory as regular items.
HOW TO GET UNA’S SKENS
Una’s Tokens can be collected by completing Daily and Weekly Challenge from Una. This will enable you to earn more tokens with your progress.
UNA’S TOKEN’S FARMING:
- You can complete daily tasks with each character up to three times per day. You will receive 2 tokens for each job.
- You can also perform weekly tasks three times per week with all your characters. Each assignment will give you 12 tokens.
It is best to have at least one alt and then do the quests for both. It is easy to reach the weekly cap this way.
WHAT PHEONS ARE INTENDED FOR?
Peons are another type of trading currency. These are used for trading on the Auction House, just like gold. This is not the same as buying Blue Crystals with gold. Some specialized items, such as skin chests or skins, are offered in the Auction House for gold and pheons.
HOW TO GET PHONES
These are gold supplements and can only be bought with real money or blue crystals from the in-game Cash Shop. You can earn your gold by using it to buy Blue Crystals. Then you can use the Blue Crystals to buy Pheons which you can use to purchase any item you are selling that requires pheons. Fun, right?
An Amethyst Shard Exchange NPC can be fetched and used to buy 5 Pheons for 2,200 Amethyst Shards. This method can only be used once per roster.
WHAT RIFT PIECES ARE AVAILABLE?
Rift Pieces, also known as Rift Shards, are a currency that can only be used to buy map boxes from the Rift Piece exchange NPC in every major city. These can be used to buy random map boxes that allow you to complete dungeons to earn various rewards.
HOW TO GET RIFT PRICES
Rift encounters (also known more commonly as Chaos Gates) are in-game events earned by participating in them. These events can only be accessed once you have reached level 50. You only have 1 day to complete the Procyon’s reward.
PIRATE COINS
What are the PIRATE COINS?
Pirate coins can be used for sailing and exchanged for other currencies. To pay for your sailing missions, which you send to your Stronghold to receive excellent rewards, the Pirate coins are a great way to make money. They are also required for certain quests in which you have to pay with them for items or prisoners. All 5 Voyage Coins are available to be bought with Pirate Coins.
You can also get the materials you need to build your ship in exchange for Pirate Coins. You can trade them for additional resources or consumables with pirates, often stationed on merchant ships in harbours. They can also be used to purchase emotes and songs or complete quests.
What VOYAGE are COINS FOR?
There are many varieties of Voyage Coins because different vendors prefer one to the other. You can get many things with them, including collectables and ship parts. If necessary, these can be converted into regular Pirate Coins.
HOW TO GET VOLTAGE COINS
These coins can be found on all islands. You can choose from 5 different types of cash in the chests. It is best to wait until you have a chance to see what you might need before you make your decision. There are 5 types: Gienah’s Coin (Sceptrum’s Coin), Ancient Coin, Arcturus’ Coin and Sun Coin.
HOW TO GET GOBLIN SILVER COINS
Goblin Gold Coins can be obtained by killing Goblin Island’s animals and trading the Goblin Seals or Goblin Fangs they drop to get the coins. You can also earn Goblin Coins by completing daily tasks set forth by Una on the same island.
