The Good Brothers Might Be Back To AEW
WhatCulture reported that Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows might be returning to All Elite Wrestling to complete their final dream matches in their Tag division. Gallows & Anderson said that they would remain independent after being offered large-scale contracts by Impact Wrestling and also reached out by Rocky Romero from NJPW.
Gallows & Anderson hinted heavily at their ‘friends in AEW’ potentially putting a contract on offer for them to sign during what they called ‘Contract Season.’ The Good Brothers previously benefited from the AEW ‘Forbidden door’ appearances, featuring alongside Kenny Omega, then-AEW Champion, and The Young Bucks. The Good Brothers participated in high-profile matches against Jurassic Express and Jon Moxley.
Don Callis could have a great chance to reintroduce The Good Brothers to the AEW crowd, with Omega’s shelf-time being extended slightly. Gallows & Anderson briefly spoke about a possible dream match against The Young Bucks. This speaks to the ongoing rift between The Elite members.
A Good Brothers/Young Bucks bout wouldn’t attract mass attention. This is in addition to the possibility of a clash with teams like FTR Top Flight, The House of Black, and FTR. The Impact Tag champions also mentioned the Briscoe Brothers, prominently featured in news articles for their main-event feud against FTR at ROH Supercard.
