The Cassette Tape, an essential quest item, must be purchased at Ozi’s clothing shop in the middle of Midtown. Blazer will ask you to get him a disguise after meeting you. You will need the top part to locate at the clothing shop.

Go to Ozi’s shop and then to the changing rooms. Then, approach the boombox and use the Cassette Tape to play some loud music. Ozi will be distracted and allow you to steal the disguise of the worker from the shop window.

Remember that you can’t steal anything until Blazer meets you.
