Complete Halo 2 Without Dying and Win $20,000 Bounty
I understand what you are thinking. I know what you’re thinking. It would take practice and a lot of luck to make it possible, but it is doable and well worth the effort to get $20,000.
You’d be correct if it were a regular, deathless run. But, as you may have guessed, there’s a catch. PCGamesN reported that you must finish the game in the most challenging conditions. This means you must use all skull modifiers and have the Legendary difficulty level.
This challenge was set by streamer Charles “MoistCr1TiKaL” White, also known as penguinz0 YouTube. He describes it as “perhaps the most difficult challenge currently existing in all of gaming.” It has been 18 years since Halo 2 was released. No one has ever completed it, as far as we know.
If you didn’t know, all of the skull modifiers in Holo 2 make the game more challenging. Thunderstorm, for instance, makes enemies reach their highest rank (e.g., Anger causes enemies to fire their weapons more frequently and faster than usual, while Grunts turn into Ultras. Envy is the exception. This camouflage gives Master Chief gloss. It is not allowed to be used in this challenge. It’s all skulls, except envy.
MoistCr1TiKaL launched the challenge just a few weeks back with a bounty amounting to $5000. However, the stakes have been raised to make “some history.” It’s possible, he believes. He even has some tips for potential players in a video. Take a look at the video below.
