Many players still haven’t stopped playing it, and are trying to discover items that will take their characters up to the next level.

Some hellspawns have managed to find a Malignant Heart, which offers a Permanent Buff. Some players have encountered annoying bugs.

The full patch notes have now been published for Patch 1.1.1. This was first previewed in last week’s Campfire Chat and will be released on 8 August. Some of the upcoming boss health changes have not proven to be popular amongst players.

What are your thoughts on the new changes in Diablo IV’s 1.1.1 patch?

The patch includes a number of changes that are sure to make headlines. You can view the full version here. These include buffs for bosses over level 60. Players are not happy about the health boosts for these bosses, which range from 50 percent at 80 levels to 150 percent at 150.

Wudijo, in a video analyzing the new patch, said that these changes were “really bad” for many builds. He pointed out that players who rely solely on “area of effect damage,” and do not have “big single-target damage,” “will [really] take a long time to defeat bosses.”

The players said that instead of health increases, they would have liked to see buffs for bosses’ attack damage and movement speed. They also argued that the substantial boost in the chances of bosses over level 35 dropping legendaries won’t be enough to compensate.

Wudijo suggested that some players may opt to run only dungeons without bosses.

In their Patch Review, Macrobioboi also said about buffs: “The problem with bosses was not that they die too fast, but that they are a check for gear and they have no significance.”

Adam “PezRadar” Fletcher, Diablo Global Community Development director, has confirmed via a Tweet, that all bosses in the main campaign of the game, including Uber Lilith will not be receiving any health boosts.

The fixes include a bug with an enchanting that caused stats to repeat on multiple rerolls and a problem that occurred when the Barber Malignant Heart would absorb damage from all players in the party instead of just the player.
